I ordered this purse going strictly by the Photo and the color name - "Brandy" as there were at the time no customer reviews discussing the actual color. When I received it, promptly, I might add :0), it looked to me to be a very definite BROWN shade with no red tint in it as it appears in the photo. I understand that Liz Claiborne also calls it Brandy but be careful, it's not as I view a 'Brandy' color, it's brown.
Customer service is good but they do charge a restocking fee so you should probably read the complete return policy.

Very excited about my splurge buying this bag. I've been wanted a Lucky Brand bag for a while now - they use great leather. I was a little nervous about gettinng white, but it's not a bright white...it's more of a stone color. I have an iPad and I can fit it in there with plenty of other room for my normal handbag items. The hardest part for me is getting used to everything in the one big pouch...but that's a hobo... It does have a zipper pocket in the wall of one side as well as a couple of nice size pockets on the other side for items you want to be able to grab easily.
